here, but since I put this page online, things have changed. We're very close to a major election, and I just had to put my

The last song I added to this site was The Ballad of Blackjack Ketchum, a rather satirical look at one of
the southwest's most ruthless & heartless killers; I know a bit more about his life because I live in Camp Verde, AZ,
where he whacked a couple of upstanding citizens, more or less just for the bang of it;
Make Your Parents Proud is a song I wrote for my children. I wasn't crazy about it right after i
wrote it, but some wonderful suggestions from friends have transformed it into a fan favorite.
The Man in Black (who walked the line) is a tribute to the late Johnny Cash.
Fear
of Flyng Fat is satire on the airlines' policy of charging for 2 seats if your fanny is (in their estimation) too large!
Think Again is another satire(I have a couple cds of nothing but that), this one about a rather typical country
theme re comings & goings--it has little to do with thinking..
